    Policies aren’t fun to talk about, but transparency and what to expect from my business is important.

  • Canceling and Rescheduling

    In order to provide the best scheduling opportunities for all guests, a 24 hour notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or a portion of your scheduled services. Rescheduling or canceling an appointment or a portion of your scheduled services less than a 24-hour notice, failing to arrive to your scheduled appointment completely will result in a rebooking fee of 100% of the missed service. Rescheduling or canceling an appointment or a portion of your scheduled services less than a 48-hour notice, will result in a rebooking fee of 50% of the missed service. This will be due prior to scheduling a new appointment. The rebooking fee will not go towards your next appointment.

    Service Adjustments; All services are Non-Refundable. I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your haircut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. You will receive a thorough consultation and will be provided with realistic expectations for your service. There will be some goals that are unattainable in one session and you will be informed of that in the consultation. Inability to achieve long-term goals in one session will not constitute a complementary adjustment. Please make sure you are following all at-home care recommendations to qualify for complimentary adjustments.

    Services for guests running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without a price adjustment. Guest running more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and a rebooking fee will be applied.

  • Hair Extensions

    Retainers taken for hair extensions are Non-refundable.

    Services on all services are Non-Refundable.
